I ordered a few retro Christmas items, and everything showed up exactly like I picked it. The sizes, colors, and items were all correct, with no mix-ups at all.
I’ve had the wrong stuff sent from other sites before, so this was a nice surprise. It was a simple order, but the whole experience was smooth and they got everything right. I’d definitely order again.

I ordered from Retro Festive when I was totally stuck on gift ideas, it worked out better than I expected.
I’m usually loyal to my usual go-to stores for gifts, so I almost didn’t bother trying somewhere new, but they had a fun mix of nostalgic and silly stuff that felt more personal. I found something for my brother and grabbed a small gift for my coworker too.

Shipping was smooth and everything showed up the way it was supposed to. I’d definitely use them again for birthdays or Christmas, even if it makes me feel a little guilty for cheating on my regular gift spots

My order did finally show up, and the stuff is cute, but the tracking was frustrating. It barely updated for days, so I had no clue where the package was or if it was even moving. I emailed to ask about it, and the reply took a while and didn’t really answer much. I’m just kind of tired of having to chase down basic shipping info at this point. The products are nice, but the communication around delivery definitely needs some work

I really liked the design when it arrived, it was super cute, but the print on the mug started fading way faster than I expected. I’m disappointed, honestly. I also wasn’t really sure what I was supposed to do next about it, since the return or replacement steps weren’t very clear.

I got charged pretty much immediately, but then there were no updates for a long time. The order did eventually arrive, but it showed up way later than expected, which was frustrating.

I found a few retro gifts for way less than I expected, and the shipping cost was actually fair too. i was happy with the value and would definitely order again. Just a warning though, if you like fun or nostalgic stuff, it’s really easy to end up adding more to your cart than you planned.

I ended up grabbing a similar one, and it worked fine, though not quite what I wanted. Checkout was easy and quick, but somehow still felt like it could’ve been smoother. I’d probably give it 5 stars if the stock info was a little more up to date.

There was a mix-up with my order, which was a bit annoying because I had to reach out and deal with it instead of everything just going smoothly. To be fair, they replied quickly and got it fixed, but it still took an extra day. It worked out in the end, just wish it hadn’t taken the extra effort.

Just a quick warning for anyone nervous about ordering clothes online: the return process was way easier than I expected. I had to send back a sweater, and there was no hassle at all. The refund came through quickly too, which was a relief. i really appreciated how simple they made it...
